Gracy Empowerment Private Limited values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our educational services, websites, or platforms, whether in India or abroad.

We collect personal data such as name, contact details, education background, and payment information, as well as non-personal data such as browser and usage analytics. Data is processed based on consent, contractual necessity, and legal obligations.

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all courses, programs, and services offered by Gracy Empowerment Private Limited.

Users can cancel enrolment before course commencement with a partial refund as per schedule: 75% refund if cancelled more than 15 days before, 50% refund between 7–14 days, and no refund within 7 days of  course  start. After commencement, fees are non-refundable.

If the Company cancels or postpones a program, users may opt for a full refund or course transfer. Refunds are processed within 15–30 working days of approval and issued via the original payment method.

Non-refundable components include registration fees, consultation sessions, digital materials, and third-party certification costs. International students receive refunds subject to currency and bank adjustments.

All disputes are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
